I have always had a love for teaching and mentoring
Over my years as a doula I have witnessed many doulas struggle with how to actually be a doula.
When I first started as a doula I remember coming out of trainings and feeling like I didn’t know what I was doing, I also craved community and found doula work to be competitive and not always welcoming or a space for collaboration.
These are the things I bring to mentorship.
I know how crucial community is not only to doulas but also how it benefits our doula clients.
My favorite quote about Mentoring goes a little something like this;
Everyone should have 3 mentors in their life
1. That has less experience
2. That has similar experience
3. That had more experience
This is how you get well rounded education and experience. You will learn something unique from each person as we all have our own medicine.
12 Month In Person Mentorship
This 12 month in person Doula Mentorship Program, is meant to empower doulas and create a strong community. As a passionate advocate for doulas and birth work, I am committed to guiding doulas to becoming the best version of yourself, all while offering holistic support to your clients.
Together, we will cultivate a nurturing, compassionate, and resilient community. Through my mentorship program, you'll embark on a transformative 180-hour in-person learning experience, enriched with hands-on guidance and support. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to shadow me during client consultations, prenatal visits, postpartum visits, births, and birth debriefs, gaining invaluable real-world experience.
My mentorship journey extends beyond in-person sessions, with monthly 1:1 meetings tailored to your individual growth and development.

1:1 Monthly Mentorship
This is offered both in person and online
For those seeking personalized and flexible mentorship, my 1:1 monthly doula mentorship program is tailored just for you. As your dedicated mentor, I am here to support your growth and development on a one-on-one basis. Each month, we'll engage in a comprehensive mentorship meeting to address your unique needs, questions, and aspirations.
Whether you're navigating client consultations, prenatal visits, postpartum care, or birth debriefs, I'm here for you. This program is designed to provide you with the support you need to thrive and grow as a doula. Let's work together to build a resilient and compassionate doula community.
This also includes a workshop or retreat quarterly for all those enrolled in the monthly mentorship program.
Includes a 1hr 1:1 monthly Mentorship call, text and call support during the month and the quarterly workshop or retreat.

1:1 Doula Debrief Session
Experience a transformative debrief tailored to your recent doula experiences, whether they involve births, postpartum support, client engagement, or losses. In this session, we create a safe and supportive space for emotional processing, guiding you through self-reflection and growth. Together, we navigate the intricacies of each unique encounter, fostering a deeper understanding and empowering you in your doula practice.
