At The Collaborative Doula Collective, we are not just here for new and growing families, we’re here for the people who support them!

We are a collaborative care group, providing growing families with expertly matched support and providing birth workers with a team environment to grow and thrive. We connect families with care that is aligned to their personal needs, beliefs, and lifestyle. This means that YOU feel better about the work that you do, because it is a good match for you too! The clients we send you are based on fit first, not simply schedule availability.

We support and educate parents by matching them with quality, pre-screened birth and postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, therapists, nannies, and other family services and providing a variety of classes, workshops and community events. 

We’ve created a unique referral model that creates structured support for you to thrive in this work, while connecting you to great clients who you are excited to support AND with other birthworkers who inspire and become true friends.
