The postpartum period can be overwhelming, but a doula helps you focus on healing, bonding with your baby, and adjusting to your new routine. By offering expert care and encouragement, they create a nurturing environment that fosters confidence, reduces stress, and helps prevent burnout or feelings of isolation. A postpartum doula ensures that your journey into parenthood is healthy, supportive, and empowering, giving you the tools and support to flourish as a new family.
Postpartum Support
Postpartum care package of 25 hrs of care which includes;
* 1 prenatal meeting to plan your postpartum services
* E-mail and text support throughout your pregnancy
* Light house cleaning; tidying the
home, dishes, laundry, meal prep ect.
* Newborn care; diapering, bathing, feeding, comforting and soothing ect.
* Lactation and feeding support
* Maternal/Paternal self care check in
* Return to work transition(s)
Investment $1000.00
Extra hours can be purchased for $40.00 an hour on top of package
Minimum of 3 hour visits
Overnight Doula Support Packages
Our overnight doula support is designed to give you the rest you need while ensuring your newborn is well cared for through the night. Enjoy peace of mind and restful sleep with our flexible overnight packages:
Single 8-hour Overnight Shift: $360.00 (hourly rate of $45)
10 x 8-hour Overnight Shifts: $3,520 (discounted hourly rate of $44)
20 x 8-hour Overnight Shifts: $6,880 (discounted hourly rate of $43)
30 x 8-hour Overnight Shifts: $10,080 (discounted hourly rate of $42)
Let our experienced doulas handle nighttime feedings, diaper changes, and soothing, allowing you to wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy your baby.

Single 4-hour Daytime Postpartum Shift: $160.00
100 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Shifts: $3,900 (discounted hourly rate of $39.00)
200 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Shifts: $7,600 (discounted hourly rate of $38.00)
300 Hours of Daytime Postpartum Shifts: $11,100 (discounted hourly rate of $37.00)
